HomeWell Care Services is looking for a Lead Caregiver with office skills to support our company both in the office and in the clients’ homes.

As the Lead Caregiver with Office Experience, you will wear many hats, and every day will be different.  You will assist the recruiter with maintaining a pool of eligible caregivers, along with promoting engagement and employee retention.  You will also be responsible for providing fill-in coverage either in the office or working directly with clients, and helping with other such duties as the need arises. While you will work both in the office and in the field, you will be in the field more than you are in the office.  
 
The ideal candidate will be self-directed and detail-oriented, well-spoken, and at ease when communicating with clients, caregivers, and management. This individual should have flexibility, and be personable, organized, compassionate, and big-hearted.
 
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of caregiving experience. CNA/HHA preferred,
· Proficient computer skills.
· Current driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, proof of valid auto insurance
· Must be okay working with male and female clients.
· OK with cats and dogs preferred.
· Comfortable working in an office setting and transitioning to the field as needed. You must be flexible and comfortable transitioning with minimum notice.
 
Must be available Monday-Friday 7A-7P (You will work 40 hours a week within that time frame) This is a hybrid position; you will spend more time working in the field caregiving than in the office.
  • CPR certified.
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
  • Must have a Florida Driver’s License, Auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
  • Must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination preferred.

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
