Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Staffing/Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a pool of qualified caregivers to meet the agency's growing clientele and service hours requirements. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, hiring, and orienting caregivers who are skilled and passionate about providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit, screen, and interview potential caregivers to build a pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and verification of credentials to ensure the suitability and reliability of caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver certifications, availability, and preferences.
- Collaborate with the management team to understand client needs and develop staffing solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of client service hours, ensuring that caregivers have the necessary skills and availability to meet client requirements.
- Communicate new assignments, scheduling changes, and other relevant information to caregivers and clients in a timely manner.
- Continuously evaluate and monitor caregiver performance and client satisfaction to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Implement strategies to enhance caregiver retention and engagement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with caregiver hiring and onboarding processes is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with caregivers, clients, and the management team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking systems or staffing software.
