As part of our team, you’ll build meaningful relationships while helping clients age safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Responsibilities

With empathy, professionalism, and care, you will:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with light meal preparation and housekeeping

  • Support clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting

  • Offer medication reminders and mobility assistance

  • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and activities

Qualifications

  • CNA or HHA certification preferred OR
    6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individuals

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required if transporting clients

  • Proof of current TB testing

  • Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the role

  • Dependable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor

  • Ability to pass a national criminal background check and all state-required screenings

  • Preferred: 1,000 hours of long-term care experience
    (Not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs)
