Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Help clients with mobility assistance and transfers
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

Experience
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, hospice care, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- CPR certification is a plus
- Familiarity with working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring direct support
- Strong communication skills and empathy for those in need

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:

  • Philadelphia, PA (Required)
Ability to Relocate:

  • Philadelphia, PA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
