- Present and promote HomeWell Care Services to potential clients, families, and referral sources.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
- Achieve sales targets and goals to drive business growth.
- Proven experience in Home Care, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the home care industry is a plus.
- A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
