We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Contract to Hire Salesperson to join our team. This pay will be calculated based on the hours the client is willing to offer. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Salesperson Intern, you will: 
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and referral partners (e.g., hospitals, clinics, senior centers). 
- Support the sales team in developing and executing marketing and outreach strategies. 
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. 
- Help maintain client relationships by following up on inquiries and feedback. 
- Participate in creating promotional materials and presentations to showcase our services. 
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including updating CRM systems and preparing reports. 

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates who are: 
- Passionate about improving the lives of seniors and their families. 
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. 
- Eager to learn and grow within the home care industry. 
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. 
- Familiar with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
