What Youβll Do:
βοΈ Coach, train, and mentor caregivers in the field to ensure the highest level of care.
βοΈ Coordinate care for clients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
βοΈ Conduct supervisory visits to evaluate caregiver performance and provide guidance.
βοΈ Lead care conferences with families and healthcare professionals to discuss client progress.
βοΈ Ensure regulatory compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
βοΈ Oversee quality assurance by implementing best practices and maintaining high standards of care.
βοΈ Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to create a culture of trust and respect.
Expected work week:Β Weekdays, 40-45 hours week.Β Occasional nights or weekends.

What Weβre Looking For:

5+ years of experience in home care or healthcare management.
β 2+ years of supervisory, leadership, or managerial experience.
β A passion for mentoring, training, and supporting caregivers.
β Strong organizational and communication skills to bring teams together for a common mission.
β Experience in CNA, LPN, MA, or a related healthcare field is a plus!
