We're seeking compassionate caregivers to assist seniors with daily living activities. Working with personalized care plans from our agency Care Managers, you'll offer services like companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Depending on client needs, you may also provide transportation and personal care assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1,000 hours experience with geriatric or chronically ill individuals is preferred (approx. 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time). Exceptions apply for newly licensed CNAs or HHAs, or those offering only companionship and housekeeping.
  • CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
  • Must have current TB test results.
  • Physically capable of performing duties, including safe client transfers.
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance if transporting clients.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks.
  • Verifiable references required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow Care Plans: Provide assistance according to personalized care plans.
  • Comprehensive Support: Duties may include companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, and personal care, such as showers.
  • Communicate Effectively: Report client concerns or emergencies to the Care Manager.
  • Safety Practices: Adhere to infection control protocols and request PPE when necessary.
  • Timekeeping: Use ClearCare Telephony for clocking in/out and update tasks.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and follow the dress code.
  • Reliability and Team Participation: Be punctual, participate in training and meetings, and adhere to company policies.
Organizational Relationship:

Report directly to the Care Manager; scheduling provided by the Staffing Coordinator.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

Ability to safely transfer clients and travel to their homes with reliable transportation.
