HomeWell Care Services is seeking dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team and support clients with quality care in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, in-home care and assistance to clients.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and accompany clients to appointments or activities as needed.
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain clear communication with families and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to assist with mobility or lifting when necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
