Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? HomeWell Care Services is seeking dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team and support clients with quality care in the comfort of their own homes. We offer a supportive work environment, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized, in-home care and assistance to clients.

  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.

  • Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

  • Assist with mobility and accompany clients to appointments or activities as needed.

  • Follow individualized care plans and maintain clear communication with families and team members.

Qualifications

  • Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Ability to assist with mobility or lifting when necessary.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
