Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate potential employees' skills and fit.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Utilize social media and job boards to promote open positions and engage candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  • Support employee retention initiatives and promote company culture.

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
