We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:
- Conduct daily client check-ins to monitor well-being
- Provide errand and shopping assistance as needed
- Manage laundry tasks to maintain client’s clothing and linens
- Offer support with pet care and related responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Prepare meals and assist with cleanup to support proper nutrition
- Accompany clients on social activities and outings to promote engagement and enhance their quality of life
- Provide additional personalized assistance based on clients’ unique requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to interpret the client’s provided plan of care
- Dedicated to delivering compassionate and respectful support
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Proof of current TB testing
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
- Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
- Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state), fingerprinting and drug screening tests
