We’re looking for a Caregiver Success Coordinator who is deeply passionate about supporting caregivers — from their very first interview through every shift they work. What You’ll Do
💙 Caregiver Culture & Support (Top Priority)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers to ensure they feel seen, heard, and valued
- Recognize and celebrate high performers; support caregivers through challenges
- Plan and lead caregiver appreciation events, engagement initiatives, and retention programs
- Serve as a trusted advocate and go-to resource for caregiver success and satisfaction
- Promote a workplace where caregivers feel empowered, respected, and proud of their work
🌟 Recruitment & Onboarding (Key Focus)
- Source, screen, and recruit exceptional caregivers to support our growing client base
- Conduct interviews with warmth and professionalism to identify high-quality candidates
- Lead caregiver onboarding and orientation to ensure a welcoming, supportive start
- Collaborate with marketing to post jobs, track hiring data, and improve outreach
📚 Training & Development
- Provide initial and ongoing training to caregivers, including ADL-focused care techniques
- Manage access to virtual learning platforms and continuing education
- Support caregivers in feeling fully prepared and confident on the job
📅 Scheduling Support
- Assist with weekly caregiver scheduling and shift coordination
- Help manage last-minute changes with clear communication and professionalism
- Act as a connector between caregivers and the office to ensure smooth operations
🗂️ Administrative & Communication Support
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families via phone and email
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and recordkeeping
- Maintain up-to-date caregiver files and assist with performance documentation
- Experience with WellSky or similar home care software is a plus
- Occasionally travel locally to support caregivers or visit clients (mileage reimbursed)
What We’re Looking For
- Professional caregiving experience required (strong knowledge of ADLs)
- Experience in caregiving is required (recruiting, HR, & scheduling a plus!)
- Warm, empathetic, and clear communicator with strong people skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; WellSky experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Must pass all required background checks
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Occasional evening or weekend support (minority of the time but expected weekly)
- Based at our Olivette, MO office with occasional local travel
