HomeWell Care Services FL263 is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to help grow our client base across Hillsborough County. This is an independent contractor role with high earning potential and full scheduling flexibility.

What You’ll Do

Build relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources
Generate leads through outreach, networking, and in-person visits
Present non-medical home care services clearly and confidently
Drive new client enrollments and support agency growth
Manage your own pipeline and schedule (remote & field-based)

Compensation

Performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions.

Typical earnings: $35,000–$65,000+ annually
Top performers: $100,000+
Commission paid on new client acquisitions

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of sales experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Proven ability to generate leads and close new business
Entrepreneurial mindset with goal-oriented work style
Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
