We’re looking for a Sales Representative to be the face of our agency—someone who can share our story, grow our presence, and ultimately help seniors live safely and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

This role isn’t just about sales. It’s about creating connections, being a trusted resource, and representing our agency as the go-to partner for families and professionals seeking exceptional home care.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the community connector—building lasting relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, home health and hospice agencies, senior centers, and more.
  • Generate new referrals and increase awareness of our services by positioning our agency as the trusted home care expert.
  • Conduct in-person, face-to-face visits with referral sources—showing genuine value and strengthening partnerships.
  • Represent us at networking events, community activities, and professional organizations.
  • Strategically plan your weekly sales activities, set measurable goals, and track progress in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with leadership in weekly sales meetings—sharing wins, challenges, and new opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by understanding industry trends, competitor offerings, and what sets our agency apart.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
