Location: Overland, MO Pay: $18.00/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses Schedule: Full-time | Must be available evenings & weekends Training Provided

Are you a compassionate caregiver with leadership potential and a heart for seniors? We're seeking a Lead Caregiver to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

🧡 What You’ll Do:

  • Provide hands-on care including transfers, bed-bound support, dementia and hospice care

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

  • Fill open shifts and manage smooth hand-offs between caregivers

  • Train and mentor new caregivers to ensure quality care standards

  • Build positive relationships with clients and families

  • Advocate for seniors with empathy, respect, and professionalism

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Home care experience required

  • Strong knowledge of senior care needs and safety protocols

  • Excellent bedside manner—warm, approachable, and patient

  • Natural leadership skills and a team-first attitude

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance

  • Passion for helping others and making a difference
