Position Summary:
The Salesperson will be responsible for driving client referrals, building strong relationships with community partners, and promoting our non-medical home care services across the South Shore region (including Braintree, Quincy, Randolph, Brockton, Weymouth, and surrounding areas). You’ll work directly with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living facilities, social workers, case managers, and families seeking care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, senior centers, housing authorities, and other referral sources
- Conduct regular in-person visits, phone calls, and community outreach events
- Follow up with leads and inquiries, guiding families through the intake process
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track outreach activities and results using CRM tools or logs
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and community programs
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare sales, home care, senior services, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
- Self-starter who’s comfortable working in the field
- Knowledge of the South Shore region is a plus
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole) is a bonus!
