Position Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated, community-minded Salesperson to grow our client base by opening and nurturing referral sources and converting inquiries to starts of care. This role partners with hospitals, rehabs, assisted living, VNAs/hospice, senior centers, and families to promote our non-medical home care solutions. You’ll manage a territory plan, keep a clean pipeline in our CRM, and collaborate with intake/scheduling to ensure a smooth, timely start of care for every new client.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, senior centers, housing authorities, and other referral sources

  • Conduct regular in-person visits, phone calls, and community outreach events

  • Follow up with leads and inquiries, guiding families through the intake process

  • Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Track outreach activities and results using CRM tools or logs

  • Attend networking events, health fairs, and community programs
  • Prospect, open, and grow referral relationships (discharge planners, case managers, social workers, AL/IL, rehab, physicians, senior centers).

  • Execute a weekly outreach cadence: in-person visits, calls, emails, presentations, health fairs, and community events.
  • Respond to inquiries quickly; qualify needs; coordinate warm handoffs to intake; influence conversion to scheduled assessments and starts of care.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., EngageBay/CareerPlug): contacts, activities, stages, next steps, win/loss notes.

  • Deliver tailored value presentations and leave-behinds that highlight safety, reliability, and family peace of mind.
  • Monitor local market trends/competitors and share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Protect partner/client information; follow company policy and HIPAA/PHI best practices.


 Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare sales, home care, senior services, or related fields preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills

  • Self-starter who’s comfortable working in the field

  • Knowledge of the South Shore region is a plus

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole) is a bonus!

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
