- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Report any changes in client condition to the care team
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Current Georgia PCA certification (required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Able to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen
- Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Comfortable assisting with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
- Physically able to lift 25–30 lbs
- Proof of TB test (or willing to obtain)
- Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings
- CPR/First Aid certification
