HomeWell Care Services of Simsbury is seeking compassionate female caregivers to provide personal and companion care for seniors in Cheshire and Southington, Connecticut.
If you have a caring heart, flexibility, and a passion for helping others, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference close to home.

We are currently hiring for short, combined shifts (3–4 hours each) in both towns. Cheshire and Southington are only about 15 minutes apart, and travel time between clients is paid. This arrangement helps you maximize your work hours while staying local.

Available Shifts

We are currently hiring for:

  • Morning shifts: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Evening shifts: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Flexible weekday and weekend schedules

You may select one or more clients based on your schedule. No long-distance travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

  • Assist with personal care, grooming, and hygiene as needed

  • Support clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

  • Represent HomeWell with professionalism, empathy, and reliability

Requirements

  • Must identify as female (due to client preference and personal care needs*)

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

  • Professional, compassionate, and dependable

*Gender preference is based on client comfort and personal care needs, and permitted under applicable regulations.
