Our goal is to be the most desired agency for caregivers to work with.  Our mission is to prioritize our caregivers, provide the most rewarding, positive work environment possible so that our caregivers are best positioned to prioritize the care of our clients.  We have great incentives set up to retain the best caregivers.  The backbone of our incentive structure is sharing ownership of our agency with our caregivers  via profit sharing, with plans to distribute up to 50% of the agency profits to our employees as the business grows.

We have an immediate opening for overnight shifts (9pm-9am) with one of our clients with Dementia in North Raleigh.

RESPONSIBILITIES
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:
  • Companionship
  • Assistance with ambulation and transfers
  • Bathing, grooming and toileting
  • Provide detailed shift notes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • CNA, HHA or PCA credentials or 3+ years of caregiver experience
  • Experience working with clients or patients with Dementia or Alzheimer's
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance 
  • Proof of current TB testing
  • Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
  • Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
  • Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
