About the Role:
Join HomeWell Care Services TX303 as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients in Magnolia, TX. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care that enhances the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
  • Administer medication and monitor clients' health conditions as needed.
  • Help clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document care activities and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving is a plus.
  • Previous experience in home care or a similar role preferred.
  • Must be compassionate, patient, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move clients safely and comfortably.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
