- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Administer medication and monitor clients' health conditions as needed.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care activities and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving is a plus.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role preferred.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move clients safely and comfortably.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs, including evenings and weekends.
