Competitive Pay: $14–$17/hour
Shift Availability: 2–12 hour shifts between 7 PM–7 AM
Service Areas: Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Lake Wylie, Tega Cay, Lancaster, Indian Land, Clover

Please note: Due to the sensitive nature of in‑home care, applicants with felony or relevant misdemeanor convictions cannot be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate, personalized in‑home care
  • Provide hands‑on support with toileting, bathing, dressing, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Assist with mobility, safety monitoring, and comfort care
  • Help reduce hospital re‑admissions through attentive care
  • Build trust with clients and families through professionalism and empathy
  • Complete documentation accurately and follow individualized care plans
  • Work confidently during overnight or full‑day shift
Qualifications & Skills
  • Must pass a South Carolina SLED background check
  • Minimum of 6 months experience with seniors or chronically ill individuals
  • CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and punctual
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (if transporting clients)
  • Experience with WellSky is a plus
  • Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
