HomeWell is seeking compassionate, reliable professionals to provide quality, non-medical in-home care that supports clients’ safety, independence, and well-being through daily assistance, companionship, and respectful care.
Schedule: Overnight shift availability between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Location: Oakville, MO
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation with auto insurance coverage
- Valid driver’s license
- Atleast 1 year caregiving experience
Pay and Benefits:
- $18.00/hour
- Incentive based on performance
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals based on dietary needs
- Support mobility, including lifting and transfers
- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
- Use appropriate behavior management techniques
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute to the St. Louis, MO (Oakville area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
