Are you an experienced caregiver passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? HomeWell is seeking compassionate, reliable professionals to provide quality, non-medical in-home care that supports clients’ safety, independence, and well-being through daily assistance, companionship, and respectful care. 

Schedule: Overnight shift availability between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Location: Oakville, MO

Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation with auto insurance coverage
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Atleast 1 year caregiving experience

Pay and Benefits: 
  • $18.00/hour
  • Incentive based on performance
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Prepare meals based on dietary needs
  • Support mobility, including lifting and transfers
  • Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
  • Use appropriate behavior management techniques
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute to the St. Louis, MO (Oakville area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required. 

Work: In-Person
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
