Are you an experienced caregiver passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? HomeWell is seeking compassionate, reliable professionals to provide quality, non-medical in-home care that supports clients’ safety, independence, and well-being through daily assistance, companionship, and respectful care.

Schedule: Overnight shift availability between 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Location: Oakville, MO

Requirements:

Reliable transportation with auto insurance coverage
Valid driver’s license
Atleast 1 year caregiving experience

Pay and Benefits:

$18.00/hour
Incentive based on performance

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Provide medication reminders
Prepare meals based on dietary needs
Support mobility, including lifting and transfers
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
Use appropriate behavior management techniques
Offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment

Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute to the St. Louis, MO (Oakville area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.

Work: In-Person

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
