Location: Chesterfield or surrounding areas in St Louis
Hours: Willing to work between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, with flexibility for shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours
Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week

In this role, you’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Support daily activities and behaviors as needed
- Perform light housekeeping for a safe home
Skills
- Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred
- Knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferred
- Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy
- Meal prep and dietary awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Caregiving Experience 1-3 years preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Chesterfield area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
