HomeWell Care Services is seeking a highly organized, compassionate Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator to support our growing in-home care agency.

This position will begin part-time (20–25 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership support role as the agency expands.

This role is the operational hub of our office — managing caregiver schedules, handling client calls, and supporting new client inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage caregiver schedules using web-based software
  • Fill open shifts and manage call-offs
  • Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding schedule changes
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
  •  Support new client inquiries and explain services and pricing 
  • Assist with intake coordination and follow-up calls
Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years scheduling, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional phone presence
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
  • Home care or home health experience preferred
Compensation:

$18–$26 per hour
