HomeWell Care Services is seeking a highly organized, compassionate Client Services & Scheduling Coordinator to support our growing in-home care agency.
This position will begin part-time (20–25 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership support role as the agency expands.
This role is the operational hub of our office — managing caregiver schedules, handling client calls, and supporting new client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage caregiver schedules using web-based software
- Fill open shifts and manage call-offs
- Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding schedule changes
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Support new client inquiries and explain services and pricing
- Assist with intake coordination and follow-up calls
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years scheduling, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional phone presence
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
- Home care or home health experience preferred
Compensation:
$18–$26 per hour
