- Provide compassionate, one-on-one non-medical care in clients’ homes
- Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement
- Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols
- Prior caregiving experience required (home care, assisted living, hospital, or family care)
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance when needed
- Certification or formal caregiver training is preferred, but not required
- New hires are required to attend in-person orientation in Amesbury, MA as part of onboarding.
- Orientation hours are paid, and mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.77 per mile (round trip)
