- 6 months of caregiving experience as a CNA or 12 months
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
