About the Role:
Join HomeWell Care Services as a Human Resource Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional in-home care. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact on our team and the families we serve.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Administer employee benefits and address inquiries related to HR policies.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping policies updated.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for supporting employee success.
About Us:

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
