HomeWell Care Services is looking for dependable and compassionate caregivers to join our team. If you enjoy helping others, building meaningful relationships, and providing quality care, we would love to hear from you.

We believe caregivers are an important part of our team. We provide supportive management, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow with the company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Caregivers provide non medical in home support to clients who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Personal care assistance
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Errands and transportation when applicable
• Assistance with daily activities
• Emotional support and encouragement
• Following individualized care plans
• Communicating client needs and concerns to the office

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for caregivers who are:

• Dependable and punctual
• Compassionate and patient
• Professional and respectful
• Good communicators
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to follow instructions and care plans
• Able to safely perform the essential duties of the position
• Committed to providing quality care

EXPERIENCE

Caregiving experience is preferred. Experience in senior care, home care, personal care, companionship, or a related field is helpful.

We also welcome applications from:

• Newly licensed CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs
• Individuals with family caregiving experience
• Applicants interested in companionship or housekeeping focused positions

REQUIREMENTS

• Current TB test
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance if transporting clients
• Reliable vehicle if transportation is part of the assignment
• Completion of required background and screening checks
• Ability to meet applicable employment requirements
