About the Role

As a Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care that allows seniors and individuals in need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You'll build meaningful relationships while making a lasting difference in someone's life every day.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting

  • Medication reminders

  • Assistance with walking and mobility

  • Transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities while promoting independence

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional

  • Excellent communicators with a positive attitude

  • Physically able to perform caregiver duties

  • Reliable and punctual

Requirements

  • CNA or HHA certification preferred or

  • At least 1,000 hours of caregiving experience, including approximately 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses

  • Exceptions may be considered for newly licensed CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, those with family caregiving experience, or applicants providing companionship and housekeeping services only

  • Current TB test

  • Reliable transportation

  • If transporting clients, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle are required

  • Ability to pass a national criminal background check and drug screening

  • This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to applicable state and federal regulations
