About the Role:  
We are seeking compassionate caregivers fluent in Mandarin to join our team at HomeWell Care. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing culturally sensitive care and companionship in their native language.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation in Mandarin and English
  • Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals)
  • Support with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Help with safe mobility and provide transportation to appointments when needed

Qualifications:

  • CNA or HHA license preferred, OR caregiving experience (6 months full‑time / 12 months part‑time)
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken) and strong communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and culturally sensitive personality
  • Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license & auto insurance if transporting clients)
  • Proof of current TB testing
  • Physically able to perform caregiving duties
  • Mature, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Able to pass a national/state background check

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
