We are a locally owned and operated agency serving Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Leland, and surrounding communities. As the owner, I stay personally involved with our clients, caregivers, and care plans because I believe families deserve consistency, communication, and genuine compassion.
We are building a team of caregivers who lead with kindness, patience, professionalism, and heart.
What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and daily routines
- Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
- Support mobility and safety in the home
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Help families feel supported and at ease
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in caregiving, home care, senior care, or healthcare preferred
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required for all cases
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and professional
- Someone who treats clients the way they would want their own family treated
