About the Role:
Join our compassionate team at HomeWell Care Services TX270 as a Home Health Aide in Temple, TX. In this rewarding position, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Help with meal preparation and nutrition management.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Follow care plans and document client progress accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to all safety and health protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role preferred.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.

Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
