Average Pay by Facility Type (Possible after state certification)
Hospitals & Acute Care: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (higher pay, but competitive for new grads)
Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) / LTC: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour (frequently hire new grads and offer sign-on bonuses)
Assisted Living & Home Health: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
