About the Position

HomeWell Care Services GA311 is hiring immediately for compassionate and dependable Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs. We have an immediate client assignment in the Big Canoe community near Jasper, Georgia, and are building our caregiver team to support future clients in Jasper, Ball Ground, and surrounding areas.

This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who live in or can reliably travel to Big Canoe, Jasper, Marble Hill, Dawsonville, Ball Ground, or nearby communities. Available hours depend on client needs, caregiver availability, qualifications, and service location. Additional hours may become available as client needs and our service area grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Assist with mobility and transfers while promoting safety and comfort.

• Provide medication reminders and assist with meal preparation.

• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.

• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition, safety, needs, or home environment.

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff.

• Follow individualized care plans and document services accurately.

Requirements

• Current Georgia CNA certification or qualifications to work as a PCA.

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required for qualified PCA candidates.

• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional demeanor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assist clients safely with mobility and transfers.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

• Ability to travel to Big Canoe, Jasper, Ball Ground, or other selected service areas.

• Current TB screening and CPR certification, or willingness to complete applicable requirements before assignment.

Immediate Big Canoe Opportunity

An immediate assignment is available in the Big Canoe community near Jasper. Applicants interested in this assignment must be able to commute reliably to Big Canoe for the required schedule. Additional opportunities may become available in Jasper, Ball Ground, Pickens County, Dawson County, and northern Cherokee County.
