HomeWell Care Services – Chula Vista is looking for a dependable, compassionate bilingual caregiver who is available to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm).
This is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver seeking consistent weekend hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and individuals who need in-home assistance.
What You’ll Do
As a HomeWell caregiver, you may assist clients with:
- Companionship and social engagement
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Dressing and grooming
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation and errands, when applicable
- Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Providing updates and documenting care according to agency requirements
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Is bilingual in English and Spanish
- Is available to work both Saturday and Sunday
- Has caregiving experience with seniors or adults who need assistance
- Is dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional
- Is comfortable assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
- Has reliable transportation
- Can communicate effectively with clients, families, and the HomeWell team
- Is willing to complete all required background checks and employment requirements
- Has dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience — preferred
- CNA or HHA experience/certification is a plus, but not required
