 HomeWell Care Services is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to serve clients in North Jacksonville’s 32218 area and neighboring ZIP codes. 

We help older adults, veterans, and individuals who need daily support remain comfortable and independent at home. We’re looking for caregivers who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and follow through on their commitments.

If you bring patience, professionalism, and a strong work ethic, we want to meet you.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care.

  • Provide companionship and respectful support.

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.

  • Help with mobility and transfers according to the client’s care plan and your training.

  • Provide medication reminders as directed.

  • Document care accurately and report changes or concerns to the office.

  • Arrive on time and communicate promptly about anything affecting your shift.

What we’re looking for

  • Caregiving experience preferred; CNA or HHA credentials are a plus.

  • Reliable transportation to assigned shifts in the 32218 area.

  • Consistent availability for the posted full-time schedule.

  • Ability to perform assigned care tasks safely, with reasonable accommodation.

  • Willingness to complete required screening, onboarding, and training.

  • A respectful attitude toward clients, families, and coworkers.

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
